“Gheorgòs”  RED TAI -  from the Berici Hills – Vicenza

It has been dedicated to Giorgio, the 5th child of the 4th Costalunga generation.

It is a typical wine from the Berici Hills, obtained from the homonymous, indigenous vine, and it has  a light ruby red color. It has an intense and characteristic scent, with a hint of fresh red fruit, a round taste and  a light and slightly tannic body. Most preferred when enjoyed young.

It perfectly matches salami appetizers, richly-sauced  pasta dishes, rabbit dishes, or any fast meal of the modern cuisine.  It is a  perfect match for any typical dish of our regional cuisine, such as the “Trippe” (tripe).

It  proves  outstanding with spicy dishes, it is also most enticing with Polenta & Baccalà”.

Serving temperature: 12-14 °C.
